  1. I remember when I started WW in 2003 and points had just started. Fruit had points, so I always chose a cookie over a banana! So glad they changed the points system! Hope you are doing well! I’m hanging in there, lost a pound this week (carb cravings are being managed with sunlight!).

  2. When I am faced with a craving or out with friends, I’ve found the best way is to take just a bite or two and then stop. Want a cookie? Break off a bite. Want some sour-cream-ladden dip on your veggies? Just dip one veg in it. Does that pulled pork sandwich sound delicious? Ask for it without the bun with a small serving of BBQ sauce on the side. Most restaurants add the sauce when they make the sandwich so you can order it sans sauce. After awhile, these small tastings will satisfy your cravings.
