    1. Thank goodness for the Fitbit. I got the Alta. It has been amazing for me to receive a reminder every hour to get up off my butt! Glad to help. Please do a section in your book for people way over 50 who have lower back pain. I know there are stretching exercises I should be doing. I’m writing this while on the treadmill. 😀

  1. Thanks for sharing this, Colleen. I often use the deep breathing techniques I learned in yoga when I have trouble sleeping. The deep breathing slows your heart rate and before you know it, you are off to dreamland.
