    1. Excellent. I am going to start switching off between oatmeal and my eggs. I am starting to eliminate more excess and cutting my portions. That is really helping! If I stay at 26 or 27 points, I lose. If I eat the full 30 points, I do not lose at all. I’m still fighting back pain, but powering through. Some days, I rest and others I keep up the pace. ❤

      1. You have to do what works for you. WW wanted to put me on maintenance and give me 5-6 more points! After two days, it was too much, so I’m back to my 30 pts. Saturdays, with windsurfing or SUPing I track breakfast and the exercise and just enjoy my day!

        1. You are so right. Also, you are more active than I am. Thanks for your support. I just keep working it. I read an article about gluten intolerance and how it makes you itch and have muscle issues because you don’t absorb magnesium and calcium. Last summer I didn’t have this issue when I went gluten free… I am going to start that Sunday. Gluten free and dairy free… never a dull moment around here! LOL!

      1. Yes they are, but if you’re really strict about gluten, some oats are prepared in non gluten free plants. Gluten free oats will usually state on the bag (that’s if you’re being real strict about it). 🙂 ❤
