Welcome to my mindful journey. I am Colleen Chesebro and this blog is dedicated to my personal journey toward weight loss and mindfulness. I want to find a balance in life and hope my writings will serve to motivate me and keep on the path to becoming healthy, both mentally and physically.

  1. I would be delighted to join you on your mindful journey Colleen. I think we all need a time to reflect and think about where we are in this life.
    I have been so unhappy recently that my weight is not good, I can’t do much exercise because of an ongoing spinal problem, but that does not give me an excuse not to be more careful of what I eat. Thank you for the proverbial ‘kick up the whatsit’!
